Good flavor & aroma
The media could not be loaded. This is my first tea cake and I was greeted with a delightful floral fragrance upon opening the protective storage bag & label wrapping. The quality is good, no weak flavor or musky smell. This tea is very good and a cake can last you some time. For the flavor, freshness & amount, it's a good value. There are preparation instructions on the wrapper and you will need to "wash" this tea before brewing it. After washing, it's delightful.

A really nice, cheap Sheng
I bought this because it was cheap and didn't expect a lot. But it is a great Sheng...good enough that I bought a second bing.

Decent fuzhuan cha
It is a little expensive for what it is but it has a decent flavor and great aroma the golden flowers are present. I would say it is definitely on the lighter side and not very rich, but has a lingering sweetness and sharpness.

Does NOT taste like golden flower tea
Recently had a sample of golden flower tea from china and loved it because it tasted sweet like maple. So I wanted to buy more and found this tea. When I tried the tea it did not taste sweet at all. Tasted very bitter and almost had a green tea flavor to it. If you are wanting golden flower tea, do not buy this one!

Is this pu erh?
Looks like it's as intended, but has none of the rich flavor I'm used to, & instead, tastes smoky.Seems quality but not... idk.I don't like it

I'm letting this RAW Puh-Erh Tea AGE a bit, first, before trying it, but I liked the Low Price.
This is my 1st Try at RaW Puh-Erh Tea, and I know it actually needs to Acclimate to it's New Surroundings, before you try it out. So, that's what I'm doing. I'm going to let it just be in my bedroom for, say maybe 3 months, and then I'll try it out. All the other Puh-Erh Teas I've had have been the CooK'ed Type, and they've all been pretty good, but I heard that RaW Puh-Erh Tea tastes completely Different from CooK'ed Puh-Erh Tea, so I wanted to actually try one (this one), and see whether that's true, or not. I'll be UPDATING this Review, soon as I try this CooK'ed Puh-Erh Tea, so stand-by, until then. :o)

A fresh tasting cup of tea
This tea was a batch from 2018.In a tea pot, I use 3 grams of tea with 470 grams of water.First steep 6 minutes, pour the tea in a cup and refill the pot with water for a second steep.Second steep can sit for 30 plus minutes or more. Both batches make a tasty cup of tea, never bitter, a fresh tasting tea. No heavy fermented taste.I will buy this tea again.
