We needed a new couch fairly quickly after moving across the country and selling our old couch to make more space in our shipping container. We looked at a lot of different couches and landed on this one because it was a pretty good price and would get to us quicker than ordering from someplace like wayfair. When looking at the measurements and some of the other reviews, I was nervous that it would be too short of a couch. I will say, this couch is shorter than a standard couch but not so short that it’s a pain to get on and off of. Me and my husband are both pretty short so it may be less of a problem for us than say someone over 6’ tall. The length of the couch is nice and works for our living area. I would say that my only complaint is that the seat cushions are not very deep so its harder to lounge on the part of the couch that isn’t the chaise. The velvet is also very nice and it feels like a nice quality product when you’re sitting on it. I could see how this couch wouldn’t be for everyone but so far I’ve liked it. If you like extra back support or needed to have a couch that more than 2 people can comfortable lounge on then this probably isn’t the couch for you.

Delivery was smooth, I received both boxes at the same time. The couch assembly took me about an hour by myself. If the assembly instructions were a little clearer I definitely could’ve put it together faster. The only thing you need to assemble is an allen wrench, which is provided so it made the process fairly easy. There were two places on the chaise I was not able to put screws because the holes did not line up, that was the only hiccup I encountered. Overall I love the couch, I got exactly was described. The cushions are firm, which is what I wanted. The couch is a good size for a smaller apartment & the perfect size for someone short (5’3).

The package came damaged in two boxes. There was no damage to the sofa besides a slight tear in the fabric on the underside. That was an easily fix..,When the ALLEN WRENCH 🙄 assembly is over.. and the two separate pieces of furniture are put together, the backs of each do not lineup. Since the back of my sofa is NOT arranged against a wall, and in a heavy traffic area, this flaw is exposed and noticed by me daily! Additionally the middle support leg (that does not match the other legs). when it was bumped with the vacuum hose it snapped completely off! When I was repairing that I noticed that it was only attached with a staple???? Had to reattach it with screws where it should’ve been positioned!The legs were supposed to come in grey, I only received gold 🙄! Additionally they are made of an inexpensive metal that is sharp around the edges. One of the legs required an additional hole to be drilled in the bottom of the sofa in order for the leg to attach to it properly.For the color I ordered the charcoal or ebony and received a much different color. The cushions look great, feel great. Overall very very comfortable. However one of the cushions is already splitting at the seems.. and I’ve probably spent a total of only 3 hours on it!

It's alot smaller then what the pictures make it seem. Pay attention to the dimensions. It's alot smaller then it looked. The back rest is very short and the arms are essentially for show. They offer no support as they are just pillows zippered on the side.I should have taken a better look and understanding of the dimension and I might have realized how small it actually is.It's fine to lay on. But I don't care to sit in it. I'm honestly disappointed as it's not what I wanted. However it's a fine product for someone else, just not for me.

Took a while to get the second shipment(probably because I live in a small town) but once it arrived and it was assembled, it seems sturdy and cozy and comfortable and I'm very satisfied. Soft velvet, not too firm. Small tear in an area that won't be seen and one of the legs is slightly off but all together it's very nice. Would recommend.

Fits perfectly in my two bedroom apartment. It is a breeze to put together alone! I finished in about thirty minutes. The lounger part of it is a tad short but it still none the less perfect for a small space. So far it's holding up great with three very active boys 👍🏻highly recommend!!

It’s decent for the price. Needed a couch for short term before moving in the next year. It’s not the most comfortable but it’s better than nothing! Also looks fabulous
