I love these boards. They are fairly consistent in thickness and size. Easy to customize with our laser. I will continue to buy with confidence.

The slate arrived in what I thought was great condition. Upon removing the plastic casing the slate was broken at various areas around the edges. The rock is very fragile an continued to break. I bought this for presenting and photograhing various plated desserts and was very disappointed in the condition that it arrived in and how easily it continues break .if you take a chance to buy this just don't expect much of it. And be prepared not to have it long. Be extremely gentle with it. Hopefully the carrier will too but I will not hold my breath there. I sucked it up as a loss and have no plans of purchasing again.

The media could not be loaded.  I first saw slate kitchen items in 2013 in a small town in England. They were too bulky and heavy to bring home so I didn't get them.When I saw this cheese board I had yo have it. I use it as a cake plate more than a cheese board. The only downside to it is that it will scratch when you use a serrated knife on it. I use a cake board now so I don't scratch it. I'm not sure if a cheese knife will scratch it or not.

I bought this after I was served food on it at a high end restaurant for my steak dinner. So rustic and beautiful and a very classy way to serve a big steak for me to share with my husband! It is fragile as it is natural slate stone, so be careful when washing and storing.

They came and looked as expected. We used them to serve pizza on at a party. Upon washing them, 3 of them broke easily in our hands ! We did not drop time or place them down hard on anything. Would be great to get a Refund.

I purchased this and it arrived quickly. However, it arrived damaged. There was a about a 2" chip.I tried to return it and found that Amazon send me to 3rd party to return. I tried to follow that process and found it so challenging that I just gave up.I kept the tray but it continues to chip.Cheap and not worth the hassel.
