Good build quality, especially the holes.
I've been looking for a good 16gram basket for a gaggia classic and finally found one. I've even tried the IMS ones and didn't like them compared to this one. Thanks amazon.

Poor quality from packaging to the unit. Holls are not uniform and not all are punched through.

YES... IT DOES FIT !!!
Have tried other baskets... to no avail...And the CONFUSING reviews on THIS one were confusing...SO... I bought one for my Calphalon Temp IQ... and guess what...It DOES fit... it DOES lock... just a hair tight but still can do a one-handed lock...Got lazy using Calphalon's double-walled baskets, so have to back to the RIGHT way of milling,, leveling, and tamping...

DOESN’T WORK FOR CALPHALON TEMP IQ
Bought this to replace my Calphlon installed 2 cup filter. It was the right diameter, but it didn’t set down on the portafilter correctly and was too high to seat the portafilter. This might work for another brand, but certainly not for Calphalon.
