Great item, great price

So I am going start by saying this is an excellent product for the price!! I am a 5"11, 356lb woman who is looking to lose 30+lbs by the end of August for my bariatric surgery. This platform is more than steady/sturdy on carpet (haven't been on hard flooring yet) but it stays in place and I feel secure. I wanted to add to my already daily workout routine to push myself and I literally did 2min of those "mid air crunches" ( I have no clue what they are really called but you're doing a crunch in air opposite hand/opposite foot. My goal was 30min but omg after 2min I started sweating like crazy and I quit (I won't lie) but I know my thighs are burning because I just did 200 squats 😫 But seriously people if you want to burn a large amount of calories we all know working the lower body does just that and this does the trick. Oh I did put the slacks in for higher adjustment and it is still sturdy/steady. Don't waste yourtime looking for another product, get this one. I did my research & I see that some of the more expensive platforms aren't as good so if you're buying based on price than do your research because more expensive doesn't always mean better.
