Quality of the cables is good from outside, but unfortunately it didn’t last for long.

The cable is heavily braided for protection but it's a bit too thick that it could easily be removed from the device when it's plugged in unless you're not holding your device this cable works perfectly fine and will surely last a little more while.

Well designed and perfect

I ordered these cables for IPhone. It’s a very nice and good quality product. But I returned it because one of the cable was not working.

Was working fine up until I go to use it to charge my phone tonight says unlock to use usb accessory meaning it fails to understand it’s plugged in to a charger. Checked the cable in multiple different charger heads and two computers won’t recognise the phone is connected the phone won’t connect or even charge. This is poor value for money works just long enough till you can’t return it so it’s a waste of too much money for a poor quality product that I can’t return, no way to do so on Amazon after return window is closed… not buying UGreen again back to Syncwire or Unbrekcable

After reading multitude of good reviews I was hoping that I won't have the same issues that were mentioned in a few negative reviews. However not even 6 months post purchase this cable is not working. When plugged into iPhone it sporadically shows as charging and then stops and then goes on again for a second and then stops working again. Once it stops working for good, the message showing on the iPhone is that "This accessory may not be supported". I have no problems with other chargers so the problem is not with the phone. It would have been otherwise really good charger as it has good length, sturdy and seems well made but utterly useless as not charging.

I've had three of these and then longest have ever lasted is about six months before they stop charging. This includes trying them in different devices with different power adaptors and the cable is the only common element that fails. Ugreen stuff is usually really good but I'm not buying any more of these.

Unfortunately this cable developed an intermittent charging fault after a few days of use. It starts to charge then effectively stops and appears to start draining the battery. To check that this was the cable and not my IPad I used a different cable and that cable works absolutely fine.Due to the reasons that I have experienced and reading through the reviews others too I recommend that you avoid this cable and purchase sponge more reliable.

I have to jiggle it at the phone end to get it to charge, and even then it randomly stops charging. Also doesn't seem to charge as fast as the stock cable that came with my phone even when it does work. UGreen cables are normally great but they dropped the ball on this one, or maybe I got a dud, IDK.
