Rho Contemporary Adjustable Barstool - Lime Green

My teenage daughter has strong ideas about her room decor, and this was a "wishlist" item. We gave her this stool for Christmas and she LOVES it. It came in several pieces but it was EASY to put together. She adjusts the height and uses it as her drum set stool. When she needs it to put her makeup on, she just raises the height and puts it in front of her mirror. The seat can accommodate my 200 pound husband comfortably. It spins effortlessly and silently. It is a solid unit that looks great and cleans easily with a cotton cloth.

The color is right on! (perhaps other reviewers have their screen contrast settings altereted to show otherwise, but assure you stools are Bright & LIME GREEN!!!..as was what was desired. I ordered to for kitchen counter breakfast bar.Chrome is shinny. There is a plastic spacer to hold teh foot rest away from the base pole, but spacer is clear and looks fine & not too cheap.Base could be havier, but stools have yet to feel like they are going to tip. I'm average size/weight (5'7" 150 pounds) & they fit my tooshy just fine.Hydrolics work well, if u weigh more than a child. Let down is smooth & stops hold decently where u want them - as can take an extra inch or so to grab.EXCELLENT STOOL FOR THE PRICE!!No dings or dents when received & SHIPPING WAS FAST!My Seahawks fan is very pleased. :)Dec 2012: I purchased 3 more for my kitchen bar. I have a 4-yr old who's always climbing! He constantly was tipping these over. They crack instantly when hit hard floor surface. Handles flimsy and all levers broke inside mechanism, making for more rattles. Hydraulics also poor. Plastic started rattling inside as stools are hallow. DEF NOT FOR KIDS! But looked great up until cracks.Dec 2015: Updated feedback, I still have the 3 black stools. All have started to show rust, so the shiny chrome not looking so great these past couple years. I had planned to swap out the tops, putting new seats on bases, but deciphered not worth it. I would not recommend these for everyday stools.

Junk. Look terrible after the first two weeks of use in a yogurt shop. Paint chips very easily and they are not very stable. Sent me two different shades of green as well.

I have bought this for kitchen to be used by any one in the family from kids to adults. Its safe for kids with support and comfortable for adults with plenty of room to sit. Height adjustment was so easy and fun with the best quality. It took me 10 minutes from unpacking to using it and without any tools. For the Quality, Looks, Usage, Price and Free Shipping I would rate this the best.

These bar stools are perfect. Easy to assemble. The price was amazing. The color is not quite the lime I expected but they are just great. They are sleek and don't take up much room at the counter/bar. I would recommend these stools to anyone.
