For a product with zero sugar, it's impressively sweet. I find it necessary to dilute the recommended 2 scoops with extra water. However, it does provide the energy I need to complete my workout.

I have purchased this twice now, and I really like this drink, it's just a little too sweet for me with 1 scoop, I couldn't imagine using 2 scoops ata time...if I do, I add a ton of ice and extra water!I do love the energy and focus I get from drinking this on a daily bases and the added stamina I get when working out!
