Grow your own sterilised tube fungi containing 15ml or 50ml of Grey Girolle Mycelium. The mycelium contained in this laboratory tube should be diluted in sweet water before being spread on a substrate. Before spreading your mycelium, prepare your sugar water mixture: The mineral water in a bottle is perfectly suitable, it has less chlorine and has the advantage of being conditioned in a sanitized environment. Empty approximately 10% of the water contained in the water bottle so you can add syrup (apple syrup or lemon based on glucose and above all without preservatives, about 10% of the water volume). Then add the mycelium contained in the tube at a rate of 10ml per litre of sugar water mixture. 15 ml for a 1.5 litre bottle and 50 ml for a 5 litre bottle. Your mixture should then stay out of light in a minimum of 20° room for at least 4-5 days for the mycelium to grow. So you can multiply the mycelium in large quantities, it can be kept cool and protected from light for several months. Then use your substrate with your mix of mycelium (plastic bag filled with coffee grounds, straws, wood chips, compost...) It is also cultivated on dead branches of hardwood drilled holes in which you can introduce mycelium or on wooden logs. You can find several recipes for substrate on the web (on dead wood, on straw, in bag, bottle, etc.). If the conditions are ideal, mycelium can last for years on dead wood or compost and grow in your garden. The tube is vacuum packed and comes with instructions for use.
