Seems like a lot of nice stuff for the price. I'm using for a sunroom. The box was huge and I had it placed in my garage. There was no way to get the box into the house. It took some effort to remove the couch main piece (i'm a 79 yr old man). My neighbor helped me get that piece into the house without any real effort. Couch Assembly is simply to secure 8 bolts into pre-threaded holes. I again had to call my neighbor because the metal supports had to be pulled together with some force to attach two of the bolts. Not a problem - the alignment was perfect. The chairs came assembled. Packaging was perfect. I have great neighbors.

This is very good quality in so many ways. But the sofa is warped to where the back right leg will not sit flat on the patio. The set arrived without the screws to attach to sofa bottom piece. No worries, the 800 number provided in the box got me in touch with great customer service and the screws were shipped out to me. They arrived within a few days. But putting the pieces together was nearly impossible because of the warped portion. With the use of clamps and straps and a little too much cussing we got it together. But as I said, it still doesn't sit flat on the patio. The cushions are a great color and the entire set is comfortable and lovely. I just wish it was not warped. That drives me a little bit crazy. Great quality for the price, though.

Initially, I was hesitant to buy furniture sight unseen. I am glad I did. It arrived on its side (took pictures of it in case it was bent, etc), in one large box. I assembled it in roughly an hour (give or take). I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was to sit on. My only concern, is that perhaps the pillows are a little too soft, as when I get up they still look like someone is sitting in it. However, I enjoy sitting down in it and watching my kids swim. I have no real complaints. I feel the quality is appropriate for what I paid for it.

This set is very nice, especially for the price. For the same configuration we were looking at other sets that were twice the price.Very comfy, a good compromise between firm cushions to support your back but soft enough to let you relax. I liked that this set came with a table with a legit glass top. I only dinged a star because the accent pillows are a little meh, and aren't as big as they appear in the picture. FYI the cushions are a little more brown than what they look in the picture - I thought it was more of a dark cream, but they really are tan like the product description.Update - the furniture has been through two years of four-season Midwest weather and is holding up beautifully. Our deck is covered but still gets plenty of rain/snow around the perimeter, where the furniture is. Very pleased!

I don't usually write reviews but the customer service on the damaged sofa was impeccable. We received the set and the sofa was damaged. I called the customer service number. They were friendly and gave me a claim number and email address to send a picture of the damage and a copy of the receipt. A week later I heard my claim was approved for replacement. A week later the replacement arrived. Very grateful for good customer service. In the mean time we have enjoyed the other pieces of the set. I cannot say how substantial the quality of the set is as only time will tell that. It is too new to say.

We love this furniture!! It arrived before the anticipated delivery date. It was packed very securely with nothing damaged. The quality of the furniture/cushions/pillows is great! The only assembly we had was to attach the back of the sofa to the bottom and that went smooth with no issues. Note: There may be little rubber bumpers covering where the screws/bolts go in. Just remove those to find where the units gets assembled together. At first the bumpers looked like they were actual bumpers to cushion the sofa bottom against the sofa bottom since there weren't bumpers on every one...but they pop off and you will find your opening for assembling with the screws/bolts.

I do like the furniture. A little nick on the coffee table and a wear spot on one of the arms of the chair are my only complaints.

We are very pleasantly surprised by the comfort and quality of this ensemble. We are using it in our living room in our condo in southern CA and it's perfect with the Mexican tile floor. The furniture is very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the cushions. We lost one pucker on one of the cushions and are trying to figure out how to put it back in. All is all a great value.
