The bracelet is very nice but the claps is complicated. Putting it on is fairly easy but taking it off off is difficult and it feels like it's going to break.

This cheap piece of junk arrived in a ratty basic box. The bracelet did not latch and looked very low quality. I immediately returned it.

Let me start by saying this bracelet is beautiful. It is rough, so it does get caught on everything. My fiancé bought it for me for Valentine's Day. The first problem I had was that the box the bracelet was in was crushed upon arrival. Around the second month I started having a lot of problems with the clasp. It kept coming undone and I had to bend it back into a securable place so it would stay closed, and the bracelet would stop falling off. After that I did not have any problems until now. I have now had it for 5 months and a diamond has fallen out. I am sure it has something to do with the fact that everything about the bracelet is rough and does get caught on everything. I am sure if the corners and brackets holding the diamonds were a little smoother the likelihood of losing a stone would have been reduced. I have worn it every day through everything (sleeping, showering, swimming, etc.) and it took 5 months to lose the gem however the sterling has not tarnished or changed my skin any kind of color. The diamonds themselves are not shinny anymore but I am sure their shine would come back with a good cleaning. The clasp is still holding up, but I worry about losing another diamond. I also wanted to say that I did contact the company about the crushed box, and they did give me a $5 credit for the inconvenience.
