Trust me all wire is not the same. There is some real bad stuff out there that barely welds, I have thrown a few rolls away before and been spending the money on Lincoln wire which is top of the line. I would say this wire has comparable silica content and welds just as good.

Works good for what I do at home

I used this in a production setting for a fabrication business -- there was awhile in 2023 when it wasn't available and it sucked as I had become accustomed to this absolutely perfect wire.I run it in a Miller 211 with 75/25 and it is so smooth. Very well defined and tight arc, low spatter, smooth and just buttery.I like supporting my local welding supply -- but they can't come close to this wire -- and even their cheap import wire is like $20 bucks more for an 11# spool.This is a rare case where it really is too good to be true -- cheap AND great.I'll keep buying this wire as long as it is available.As an aside -- I'm guessing whoever the Italian is behind this brand makes a mean spaghetti Bolognese! Bravo!
