Nice Quality, Comfortable Office Chair at Good Price
Update: 12/08/22 - Best buy! Still holding up like it was new after 1.5yrsUpdate: 1/23/22 - Still love this chair! It’s holding up very well, no complaints, still looks new, no loose screws, still sturdy, and the cushion has retained it’s original shape.Received 4/30/21: Looks and feels to be a quality chair, plus, comfortable, so far. The seat cushion is supportive and its firmness is medium (not squishy or rigid; gives a little when you sit but holds shape). I'll be using as a home office chair and was looking for something that would be supportive, comfortable, made of quality materials, and had a low enough height adjustment for me, as I'm only 4'11"PROS:- Good price- Supportive and Comfortable (Note: Because of my height, my issue not the chair's, I'm still working on the right placement of the head rest and lumbar pillows; atm, I've actually moved the head rest down and stacked it above/on-top of the lumbar pillow - Don't need head rest, don't lean back when working; need a little more pillow around lumbar because of my height - seat cushion might be a little too long in depth for me and I;m thinking I might need something "extra" to fill in the space gap)- Quality materials- Arms fit under my desk when pushed in (bottom of desk height = 26 3/4", top of chair arms = 26 1/4")- Received in 3 days from order- Packaged well (no damage during transit)- Easy to put together (took ~30 mins)- Decent instructions (although I provided seller feedback on Step 5 - unclear from pic whether bottom of part "h" faces "inward" or "outward"; however, I gathered from pic in Step 6 it was "inward"; in addition, it would've helped my confidence knowing when it was ok to tighten screws if the "DO NOT tighten screws..." warning read "For this step only, DO NOT tighten screws...")CONS:- None at this time

Nice Chair
Nice chair, very sturdy. I found it very easy to assemble and it holds up pretty good since Im not light. Only problem was the seat cushion came with a tear in it. The box had a few dings but not where the cushion was since it was packed really well.

Only a couple of tiny problems
I love my chair. It is comfortable, holds it's position well, and is comfortable to game in for long periods of time. However... I do have ONE moderately significant problem, and one tiny one.One of the legs on the bottom is defective. The caster won't stay in. The ridge that is supposed to lock the caster in place is apparently missing. Caster won't stay in, so every now and then, the caster falls out and I have to stick it back in there. If I glue it in place, the wheel won't turn, and I have no way to fix this. There would have been no way for them to check this prior to shipping, I guess? I don't know, I'm not a manufacturer. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. The other tiny little issue I have is with the left armrest: It will not stay tightened! I'm going to get some locktite for the bolt, and hopefully that will fix that little problem.Other than that... this chair is flipping AMAZING... best chair I've ever had!

Is a nice chair.
The Chair came unassembled in a rather large box so make sure wherever you build. you have plenty of space. the instructions were easy to understand and follow except for the High back holder where the picture is unclear whether the bend goes in or out. (it goes in fyi)). assembly I gave 4/5 cause the back was a bit difficult to align up for tightening at least by myself is the part where the suggested second person would be really handy.Post build... The chair looks decent no complaints, feels quite sturdy for my near 300lb 6'3" self. the Recline feature is not Spring loaded, so Manual raising of the back is necessary when you get up. The seat foam is quite firm which can be good or bad depending on what you like, the lumbar support is easy to adjust. its honestly just strapped on with elastic bands so also easy to remove if one doesn't like it. The footrest goes out far enough reaching my lower calf upper ankle actually where one wants the support to be.Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the apparent quality and feel of the chair. longgevity will have to await 6 months to a year to determin.

Big Office Worker/Gamer with Injury
I'm 5"10, 240 with a back and shoulder injury. Chair supports my weight and size comfortably. The bottom is a bit firm and was hurting my back, a gel pad solved that for up to 10 hour shifts at work and I suspect that would affect normal people as well. I've also added pads to the arm rests, but don't believe most people would need those. It gets 3 instead of 5 stars for using a non-standard layout on the connection of the seat and bottom. The standard layout allows you to swap out for stronger hydraulics, or replace them when aged. Ultimately, that makes this chair disposable if any part breaks, which is unacceptable at this price point.

This chair feels great!!!
I’m going to give this chair a tentative five-star rating for two reasons. The ease of assembly, and the initial sturdy feel and comfort of the chair. The instructions recommend that the chair be assembled by two people, but I was able to put it together by myself in approximately two hours. In comparison to other chairs, it feels very sturdy. The leather and cushioning are quite soft and comfortable. It makes no squeaking noises. It rolls and swivels very well, and the lumbar and headrest support feels quite firm and comfortable. Be aware that I have only had the chair for two days and I will require a much longer period to decide on a final verdict, but so far, I am pleased. Shipping was quick and easy. The chair was well packaged. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the price was reasonable. The only drawback I will mention is the footrest. It doesn’t seem like something that I, as a taller person, will get much use from. I attached it to the chair, and it doesn’t seem flimsy or poorly constructed, just too short for someone like me to use comfortably, however I may be wrong, and will experiment with it over time. Overall, I would recommend making this purchase.
