Works perfect for me
Quick delivery - item as described.I have an Asus Zenbook Flip S UX370AUR (Signature Edition). The docking station connection cable shipped with the docking station is a USB Micro-B to USB-A. The Zenbook has USB-C, so I had to use the external device adapter that came with the Zenbook to plug the docking station to the Zenbook.Had to go to the Asus support site for the HZ-3B docking station to download the Win-64 drivers - the Zenbook does not have a CD drive. After installing the drivers, the docking station was discovered by Windows, and the two external monitors (Asus VL279) were both recognized. Had to get an HDMI(F) to DVI(M) adapter as the Asus VL279 only has HDMI and VGA out.Working great!

Works as described, and exactly as I was hoping. Would Recommend.
I have a gaming notebook (an Asus Fx505dt) with a single HDMI port, after using my gaming notebook plugged into a single monitor for about a year I decided it would be cool to have a second monitor to allow multi-tasking and other activities. The first product I purchased did not work in the way I wanted at all, so I returned it. Trying again I ordered another product, once again no luck this product was defective and didn't work at all had to return that too.I was ready to return the monitor I bought and just call it quits on the second monitor entirely. Luckily for me, a family friend recommended I look into a docking station and I found this one rather quickly. Despite the price being a bit high I decided to order it and gave it a shot. Can I say this product works great, unboxing was quick and satisfying, and plugging in is simple (make you sure to plug into a USB 3.0 port for better video quality). Going to the website you can easily find and install the drivers, and it's a rather easy setup process. After restarting, just like that your second monitor will begin working. This product also has USB ports, audio jacks, and many other features as described. All of which work great. The only downside to this product is that you cannot charge it directly from the docking station which for the price point may be a disappointment, but being able to organize all of my cords to this docking station made it a lot easier and simpler to unplug my charger for use somewhere else. Also, 144hz is not achievable (from what I've been able to figure out) despite it being able to handle 4k at 60hz, but that hasn't been too big of a problem for me.Overall this product fits my needs for a second monitor perfectly, as well as making cord management a lot better as well. I would recommend it if you are interested in a second monitor for your laptop.

Read the reviews and this works for me
I read many of the reviews, especially the negative reviews and almost didn’t buy this docking station. So far I set it up and I was able to get 4 monitors (2 with docking station one directly off the hdmi on laptop and laptop monitor) working great. Middle monitor is running an older pc game off an external disc drive hooked up to the docking station and everything looks to be working as it supposed to. Happy I went with my gut instinct on this one.

Something wrong
I’m facing problem with the HDMI and vga output. Sometimes it’s not connecting sometimes it’s doing wired things like in the picture I shared

It works
The power cord needs to be used when docked. And it doesn't really "dock" like a ThinkPad, it balances on top. But the functionality is there, especially the ability to extend the display which is what I was looking for.
