Looks stylish enough, but the fabric covering running along the top of the bag ripped after a few months, revealing its foam stuffing below. Shoddy, rubbish manufacturing standards. If you want a laptop bag that lasts more than a few months, purchase elsewhere. This one wasn't cheap, either. I was hoping for something better.This is getting to be a theme on purchases I make from the Big-A, recently. I've more or less stopped using them apart from anything other than paper novels and e-books.You can't trust the online reviews of many consumer products, it seems - mostly churned out by pretend brands in China who just change company names & come back as someone new after too many real reviews reveal how their goods collapse or go kaput in short order.Get your act together, Jeff, before customers stop using the Zon altogether.

The handle being lop sided is not a big deal. I like the layout and having the flap as I mostly use this to keep the dust and any potential spills off off 16” laptop when not in use. The Velcro is a bit noisy but holds bag flap shut when carrying unzipped with laptop and peripherals in it.The laptop protection is not as good as I would like. Definitely needs a 1 or 2 cm piece of foam in the bottom to protect when putting laptop in bag, or putting bag down on a hard surface. A bit more padding generally in the laptop envelope would be ideal.If it had this I think it would be 5 star for my use (so far).

Bought it as a replacement for my old bag which lasted 18 years. The stitches started to come off within 3 weeks, I might have been unlucky, but you'd expect issues after a year, not three weeks. So good value, but I guess it all boils down to quality control.

Had the product for nearly a week now:Looks smart - Folds over and looks neat.Very practical - Can fit laptop (15.6"), charger, mouse, documents and pens and there were still compartments that hadn't been used. Shoulder pad works fine and handle seems comfortable to hold but secure.Only alteration I would make is to have a darker blue colour for the inside lining to make it look professional, very minor in the grand scheme of things though.

Wonderful bag! I was slightly worried it was small at first (only 7cm deep) but was then delighted to discover an extension zip, which was not mentioned on the website but was an added bonus. The bag looks professional and avoids the classic leather style- which I hate- and is waterproof. It has substantial capacity to fit a 9-inch ipad and 13-inch MacBook, along with books, a pencil case, wallet and other things needed for an average day. The shoulder strap is very comfortable and there are a lot of useful pockets inside (in a variety of sizes), with specially marked iPad and laptop compartments. All in all, an excellent bag and well worth the price!

I use this bag daily so it gets plenty of use, as did my last one.More pockets and storage than anything I’ve had before; the only problem is remembering where everything is! (A nice problem!). I’m enjoying the lightweight yet tough construction.

I really like the quality of the material in this bag. Perfect for a guy to use for tech stuff. I take this on holiday with me and can easily fit a laptop, charger, iPad and charger, headphones and lots of other holiday bits inside. This is allowed as the 'handbag' on many airlines (in addition to hand baggage allowances), which is ideal!

I bought this to store/transport my new laptop, as the laptop is much less bulky than my old one.The bag looks great, it has an abundance of compartments, inside storage is designed well and zips can be tucked into the bag, making it safer as well.The bag feels nice and light, but also feels very robust.This product may be slightly more expensive than other bags, but you can see and feel where the extra money goes.highly recommend.
