I’ve used this many times since I purchased it. Has not lost its sheen, hasn’t tarnished. Works great in my instant pot. Just wish it was slightly larger so food doesn’t fall off into the water. Even so the food is still good.

I bought this rack for my 4 quart Instant Pot and it works great. The original Instant Pot rack was not that functional. It was a large metal ring with a smaller one in the middle held together by a few crosswise bars. The gaps were so big that a lot of the food fell through when I used it for steaming and it was annoying.I really like this one and am very happy with my purchase.

I use this wire rack inside my cast iron dutch oven when baking rustic breads. It has completely solved my issue of the bottom crust being too tough. Be sure to have the rack in place when you're preheating your pan/pot for bread baking.

The 8.3 fits really nicely in the bottom of my 8 quart Instant Pot

I got this to use in my 6-qt Instant Pot, and it’s a perfect fit. High quality heavy gauge wire, much better than the rack that came with the Instant Pot.

These racks are great for bread making. I would highly recommend.

In the pictures, this looks too shiny to be plain stainless steel, so I had doubts it really is stainless steel. But on receiving the item, a rare-earth (NdFeB) magnet doesn't stick to it at all, so it's not ordinary steel with plating. The wires are very stiff, so I have come to the conclusion it really must be stainless steel, probably one of the non-magnetic 3xx grades.I have this rack sitting on a plate beside my kitchen sink, and I store my washing-up sponge on it. Other ways of storing the sponge had attracted cockroaches, this way does not attract them at all. The surface of the sponge dries out quickly so the cockroaches aren't interested.
