WARNING Cancer and Reproductive Harm
This warning is included at the very bottom of the description but there is no explanation of what the chemicals in this product are. Given that they are intended to be used in contact with the skin for long periods of time, it seems important that the seller makes it clear what the potential hazards are. Or better yet, produce a product that doesn't contain these chemicals. I'd return these but I admit that I didn't see the warning. Did you?

I have carpal tunnel. I cut these in size to fit my pens. They really help me to not grip my pen so hard. I'm sure you could put them on other things. These red ones would be too small for say a Crayola marker but a little too big for a #2 pencil if that helps.

Another use, guitar stands.
This stuff is perfect for my guitar stand. I have a cat who chewed the original foam off and made this stand unusable, couldn’t find replacement foam anywhere until I stumbled upon this product by accident. Figured I’d give it a try and it works awesome! Thicker and more durable than the original foam too and so far it seems like cats won’t chew on it so that’s a plus! If you buy this product for the same reasons as me make sure the inside diameter will match the outside diameter of whatever you are putting it on.

Another use
Bought this foam tubing to keep our clothes (especially pants) from getting a hanger line. We have quite a few heavy metal hangers. Cut the foam to length, split it lengthwise, put it over the crossmember and (optional) put a few drops of glue in the split in a few places to keep the foam from coming off the hanger.

Okay
I got these for utensils, but they are kind of snug
