Super comfortable and eased my foot strain
I'm loving these little pads. They do a great job of relieving pressure from the ball of my foot. I've been wearing them all the time since they arrived (about a week) and even ordered a second pair right away. Really easy to wear in a sock/shoe. A bit slippery in a flip-flop, but still wearable. They're helping me get over a soft-tissue injury to my arch. Cool, soft, and comfortable.

I’m a size 8.5 to 9, way to big… sliding off front of feet
Super bummed because these are super comfortable but they won’t stay on the front of my feet to sliding immediately off. I’m going to try them in a small size.

It works!
Works great! I had bone spurs removed on the ball of my foot and for some reason the ball of my foot has flared up where it was really hurting when I was walking. I purchased these and another pair and these are my favorite! The other pair hurt in between my toes and these are very soft and comfortable. The only con is that you have to wear socks with them. They are a little big for my feet but I have a fairly thin foot (I wear a women's size 7 shoe) so maybe on a bigger foot they might stay on without a sock, I don't know. I have worn these for a week now to work where I'm on my feet and walk a lot and they have been great! No more pain when I walk! I don't need 1 but wear both because it feels weird if I only wear 1. I have washed them with with my clothes and let them air dry. I will be ordering more so I don't have to constantly wash these. I gave it 4 stars because it would be great if they were a little smaller for smaller feet.

Metatarsal Pads
I bought these as I was having a flare up. It did not ease my pain when walking as much as I hoped. Also, the strip that goes around your foot caused my bunion to flare up as well. On the foot that didn't have flare up, the pad slipped around a bit but I could work with it.I will try both pads again once I get past this point.

Awesome cushion
These were amazing for cushioning my feet in a pair of heels. I have had some issues with pain in the past and these completely stopped the pain. They stayed in place once I put them on and were incredibly comfortable.

What I bought is not what I got
I immediately had to return these foot pads. They fit extremely poor and provided no support. I chose my correct size but the pad just didn't fit on my foot properly, it barely came up to the ball of my feet and certainly did not cover them as the photograph of the product makes it seems as how it would fit. Therefore, it wouldn't stay on my feet, and an insult to injury there was minimal support in the pad itself. It was a waste of a buy and effort especially since I had been searching for something with this design for foot protection. No padding support and poor fit.

Helps With Capsulitis at Base of Second Toe
I have capsulitis of the second toe on my left foot. This painful bump is at the very base of the toe, so most "metatarsal" cushions fit too low on the ball of the foot. This pad is the only thing I've found that relieves pain in exactly the right spot. I wear orthotic flip-flops around the house and the pad stays on just fine. When I go out in closed -toe shoes, my socks hold the pad in place with no problem. I wash the pads in my permanent press cycle and then let them air dry.

Not worth purchasing
Terrible construction. I have size 7.5 women’s feet (38 European) and these barely covered any of my foot. They have a soft covering that is horribly sewn with stitches raw and unfinished. Comfort is nonexistent as these were too small to fit, much smaller than image shows. Additionally, if you take even one step they roll right off and will not stay on unless you are motionless. I would not recommend these.Update June 13, 2021: The company reached out saying they performed a “detailed study” of “customer complaints” to figure out why there is a slipping problem. They said they will be changing the material. Finally, they said they will reimburse me and asked me to delete this review while they “update” the material of the product (with no true plan of action aside from just saying “update”). This does not seem like a trustworthy way to get accurate reviews.
