It’s very good… reduce bloating

This is my second time buying this. It worked for me the first time and cleared my trust. That was around 6 months ago so now I’m trying it again. Also, the writing on the bottle is improved

Seems like a good value for money, been having trouble with thrush and bv for a little while now since becoming sexually active, will update my review after a while of taking them. only a small bottle as i got the month supply but if it works i will definitely order more! easily swallowed as well.

I’ve had thrush for years this year I’ve had it almost none stop, back to back and it really destroyed any plans for anything because I was so uncomfortable. I’ve done everything including the six month antibiotic course from the doctors , and it continued to my own frustration and with no real understanding to why ! , Finally thanks to TIK TOK I learnt about the benefits of probiotics , I thought its time to give it a try since I have nothing to lose. I’ve been using it for a week ! In less then 24 hours the thrush has completely cleared and the area has return to its former glory . Any women with continuous thrush understands that using the toilet and washing the area is very painful as The area is inflamed and extremely sensitive. finally I’m free from that pain and I’ve been able to enjoy a hot bath and shower without the discomfort in my daily life, I’m now comfortable and free. My stomach bloating went down I feel so light I didn’t realise how clogged up my body felt. The Lack of energy I didn’t realise I was suffering from left and I feel alive I found myself gardening on a winters afternoon because I had energy to burn . My skins cleansed I look brighter, I’m also not so hungry I’ve noticed I’m eating less and feeling full. I did notice the first few days my bowel movements had an disgusting smell however the product it most definitely cleansed me !! clearly my body was holding a lot of bad bacteria . after 3 days I smell like a flower and my bowel movement has moved onto a comfortable amount without anything smelling as disgusting upon research this is a good sign of the products working . I will continue to order these when my supply finishes. I can honestly say it’s been an amazing journey I just regret not trying these sooner. I feel like a new person so please give these a try it may not work for everyone but this product has my vote and I’ve been recommending it to my family and friends. So please for this price just try it and see how you get on !! its definitely worth it if it works for you you have nothing to lose

I have brought these. A few weeks ago.I was having issues down below. However I took them for 2 weeks. It worked. Then they stopped working. My issues has come back. I feel deflated 😒. So it looks like I’ll have to try something else.

EDIT: they have changed the packaging and made the writing legible (see third picture) so I will change my review from 4 to 5 stars. By the way I've now been taking it for months and it still works like a dream.I always take probiotics because of reoccuring thrush, bv and constipation (the joys). I stopped taking them for a couple of months since the brand I used was out of stock and -bam- hello again BV.I decided to give this one a go, only partly swayed by the pretty pink packaging, and to my utmost surprise, shock and delight, the symptoms disappeared in a day!I took 2 in the morning on an empty stomach as it says on the tiny bottle (in writing that tiny that I almost popped my eyes out of their sockets trying to read it) and 2 in the evening and.... ta-da! no more smelly discharge the next morning. I will continue taking 4 a day for maybe a week and then maintain with 2 a day for the foreseeable future.So yeah I would say they seem to be working great and I might be imagining things but it looks like my acne is also clearing.I do love that they come in a tiny packaging because it always feels like a p*** take and a waste of plastic when most companies put like 10 pills in a 2lt bottle, however I would personally sacrifice a small piece of paper and add it to the packaging because the instructions and anything else on the bottle really is near impossible to read.Also, it doesn't really say it anywhere on the product description on here but just so you know, like I mentioned earlier the normal dosage is TWO pills a day and 4 'for yeast control' .

I will never take nor recommend these probiotics to anyone. In the beginning it was great, it did support my digestion and made me less bloated but at what cost.. These completely threw off my whole body. Made my period 2 weeks late a during that time I had horrible stomach cramps, to the point I thought my abdomen's gonna cave in. I have never had such intense pains before the time and it lasted the whole 2 weeks, my whole body felt weird and uncomfortable. I stopped taking them and came on few days after. I kept taking them for so long because I thought it gets worse before it gets better but I really doubt it at this point. I did take probiotics before and was fine with those but they stopped selling them unfortunately, now I have to find new ones again and after this experience amd just worried at what else can a happen.

Ok firstly yes they do work for the candida, unfortunately they have caused my stomach to be incredibly upset. So much so I’ve actually had to go to the gp for ibs medication to calm down the bloating and stomach cramps. After reading others experiences it seems these are a bit hit and miss.
