Solid unit and well made. Very quiet compared to the old York unit it replaced.
Very efficient and quiet. This system easily heats my 2500 sq. ft. home quickly. The wiring of the air handler needs to be better explained to clarify some confusion for the circuit board connection and emergency heater from the thermostat. The loose red and black on the load side of the breaker connects to the black and white feed for the circuit board trough the provided relay. The w2 lead is control for the emergency heat. I paid for professionals to install this system. I received bids for a new system ranging from $8000 to $36000 for the top-of-the-line unit with static air purification. I saved a great deal of money using this Pioneer inverter system. The air handler unit I replaced was a downflow system, and I converted the new Pioneer unit to downflow easily. I have had this system operational for 8 months, and it is really efficient and much quieter than the old York it replaced. I paid a professional AC company to do the hook-ups and adapt some duct work. I left the existing copper pressure lines and had the end connections reconnected by braising to the units.
