Relaxing and Soothing
I have a sore back and half a capful of this muscle relaxant in the bath makes a big difference after I have spent the day in the garden.

They do help.
I have a herniated disc and 3 bulging discs, I can notice the difference if I don't use it in the bath. Preferred the old juniper one but this is the next best one. Devil's claw stings a bit on the eyes.

Genuinely relaxing bath
I love Kneipp bath soaks in general and this is one of my favourites. The arnica makes it absolutely amazing for sore, aching, or tight muscles and it's incredibly relaxing. The scent is certainly unusual but not unpleasant, very herbal and almost medicinal. You can tell it's doing you good.

Love Kneipp products. This is a nice bath oil. Not greasy. Smells nice. Used in conjunction with Kneipp bath salts. Very relaxing.

Angenehme Erholung für die Muskeln
Das Gesundheitsbad mit Arnika bietet gute Entspannung und macht meine Muskeln nach dem Sport wieder weich. Es riecht es sehr angenehm und nicht medizinisch. Auch für eine Whirlpool Wanne anwendbar und schäumt leicht.
