First, the order took weeks to arrive, I was starting to wonder if it was coming at all. The return information read: Balyun District, Guangzhou-- What?Second, upon its extremely late arrival, there were several discolored or missing crystals, very disappointing.Third, there was no instructions, adhesive or other means to install the car jewelry included.Lastly, Still trying to figure a way to install. Tried 2 sided adhesive tape but this does not allow the jewelry to lay flush to the dash but rather it is raised, which is not particularly attractive. Probably won't use it or waste time and money trying to return it to Balyun District, Guangzhou . Will just throw it away.

This is a beautiful color and a sturdy piece of metal. However I have a 2010 GLK 4Matic and it does not fit in my vehicle. Even though my GLK is listed here, and I think I even emailed the company and asked them . I received it and went to apply it to the knob on my radio and it was much too big. Returning.

I’ve had this for almost 3 years now and it’s still in great shape. None of the diamonds have fallen out. Only thing I don’t like is that I kinda have to squeeze my knob to adjust the volume. It’s not super snug. But overall I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and love it.

Looks great in the picture but I never got the opportunity to see sit since "it was left in the front door or porch" But I don't have a porch and I have never lost an item.

Does not fit my E350 Coupe or SLK350. I’m sad because it was so pretty, but will have to return it.
