It looks exactly like the picture. It is very sturdy and stands up straight. All 4 straps are cushy and comfortable to handle. It is shiny but not too much so, like patent. It came very carefully packed. The fabric inside is nice, but durable. There is a large pocket trimmed with leather that would fit any model of phone and is trimmed with leather but doesn't have a zipper, making it easier to get out. There are enough pockets for everything I need with 1 left over. That almost never happens! It looks like a much more expensive bag to me. I'm thrilled!!

Very nice purse except the packaging. Purse was put in a bag and it was crushed causing it to be smashed on the corner. I fixed it best I could.

We were all impressed with the look of this bag. It's roomy and looks well made. Looks like a much more expensive bag than it actually was.Very pleased with this purchase.

This purse was made well but it smelled bad inside.

It's a comfortable size, not too big, not too small. Would like better if the purse was more firm.

I did not care for the fact that it did not look like patent leather to me. Maybe I am wrong. It is a nice sizeand I could use it as a crossbody bag - am 5'3". I almost kept it but since it did not meet my expectations,decided to return and choose something else. I think it is down to personal preference.

Has 2 comparts inside. I like to keep things apart, this is a great one to do that.
