The small size makes it just right for a desk piece, so reference use of the desk globe is accurate (important for someone in any historical or scientific field); the alignment is also accurate and spin is correct as well. All these factors combined make this a fantastic piece for anyone who wants a globe for teaching purposes or just an inexpensive gift or art piece that looks like you spent $100, because the craftsmanship is just amazingly beautiful. I love this globe, and will be buying one for my oldest son when he leaves for college next fall so he has an accurate view of our planet (so long as the geography labels remain accurate, otherwise he will receive this one). Love it!

I bought this beautiful little globe as a room decoration. I just love it and I have received many compliments on it. Color quality and overall quality is great. The writing is a bit small, I had to pull out my reading glasses but the text is legible. Highly recommend!

Used for a wedding project. Perfect for a small cute gift for wedding. NOT the right size for a guest signing globe. But the globe was perfect for a gift for the couple. Turned out cute.
