On the fence? Just buy it alrerady
If you have a motive power bleeder already and have a trailer with the normal plug into a tiny reservoir on the tongue then just buy this adapter. Even if you don't currently need to bleed your brakes you need to buy it. I have had to replace the caliper or bleed the brakes on a trailer several times and none of them were planned. If you don't have this tool you have to jab a screwdriver in the bottom of the tongue and find the rod and manually actuate it 4 times drible in some fluid and repeat for what feels like 3 days. You can't use a vacuum bleeder because the "reservoir" holds what seems like just over 6 drops of fluid. If you have the bleeder with this adapter basically hook it up, crack the bleeder, pump a few times to get the pressure up and give the rod a quick pump or two with the screw driver and be ready to shut of the bleeder before too much fluid comes out. Takes longer to fill the pump and connect it than to bleed the brakes and no fluid all over the tongue and ground (unless you don't use a bleeder catch can in which case its still pretty minimal). Order it before you need it so you have it on hand, I could kick myself for all the times I needed and didn't have it.

Beware
I haven’t been able to use this product because the adapter doesn’t fit my boat trailer brake actuator. I have tried to contact the manufacturer numerous times, emails, phone calls and no response about getting the correct adapter or a complete unit so I can use it.Horrible customer service or should I say no customer service. I will update this review if anything changes.

Works great
Used it for the surge coupler on the boat trailer (with the proper adapter) used it on our vehicles. Love this now I can continue to bleed brakes without an assistant. Great for pushing out All the old fluid in your brake system.

Motive adapters are the best
This is the 3rd Motive adapter that Ive bought and as I expected, it did not dissapoint. I love these things. It makes 1 man brake bleeding/flushing so easy. I used this on my tandem boat trailer with surge disc brakes. Those brakes are nice a tight now, with fresh synthetic fluid throughout the lines.

Garbage
The hose leaks. The clamps are not good. The hose is very cheap. Leaks and made a huge mess. Very cheap unit for the price.

Works as advertised
The chains used to attach are a bit fiddly but not sure there is a better way to attach. Fit on the master cylinder for a boat trailer without any problems

Be aware you will need extra parts to complete your job
The chain that came with this tool was 14” too short? Could not hookup hose because the quick disconnect was not included? I have at least 8 different adapters from this company & all were complete when received from them? It works good once you get the required items to make it complete? Makes bleeding your trailer brakes easy!

No Instructions Included, Zip, None, Nada
First off, there are no instructions included and their website stinks. I have a brand new Dexter actuator but it's of the old Tie Down Engineering design and this does not fit.

The product is as described and is easy enough to use.
The product is as described and is easy enough to use, the only issue is the excess fluids must be dealt with and if you don't have a vacuum pump you are in clean up mode.
