This is the best investment I’ve ever made for my home. Construction was easy. The quality exceptional. It functions VERY well - and I have used the aesthetic fire both separately and with the heat many times. Sturdy. Many people have asked if it came with the home, and no one can believe that I got it from Amazon. It’s just awesome.

Easy to assemble. Parts fit together nicely. Read a review about the dowls not fitting and re-drilling all of the holes. We did not encounter this problem. A couple of dowls were a little loose so we brushed wood glue on them. The stone is not bright white but has a slight beige/light pink undertone that we can certainly live with. All flame settings on fireplace work as advertised. Does provide enough heat. Would recommend this product. It adds a nice feature to our living room.

First, this fireplace looks amazing. I was afraid it would appear cheap, but it doesn't. Also, the fire box didnt make it with the original delivery, the company was on it and I received it with in three days!

The media could not be loaded.  This is a very nice electric fireplace with mantle. Everything lined up without gaps. I put it together in about 25 minutes myself. A second person is recommended to ensure everything drops into place. The mantle is crisp and the faux stone classy. It is running pretty quietly on full blast and the producing adequate heat for 400-450 square feet. Good value for money, not great, but very good.

Beautiful, durable and exactly as pictured, 100% worth the price! My husband put it together himself fairly quickly - it was a straight forward process. The size was a perfect fit under our 70 inch TV mounted on the wall.

I was nervous to spend this much on an electric fireplace as I always hate faux fireplaces but this one looked worth a shot. It turned out perfect! It’s the most realistic one we’ve seen yet. We are planning to buy another one for our bedroom if it goes on sale again. It’s realistic, made well, and puts out great heat. We bought a small sound machine that makes a fire cracking sound to make it even better. Great buy!

Fireplace insert and mantel showed up in two boxes as expected. All parts were included with some extra fasteners for those that are easily broken. Assembly was straight forward due to the well thought out design. Only tool used was a #2 Phillips screw driver. Warning, do not attempt to use a power screw drivers because it would be easy to cross thread the connector posts or pull out the threaded inserts. Fireplace insert has many settings including temperature, off timer, background lighting and flame brightness. The fireplace insert fan does make noise, but it is typical of an electric fireplace. Would recommend.
