Really easy to use only thing I wished is that the ice packs stayed cold longer and that I could fit my foot in a slide shoe with it on.

I recently had ligament reconstruction surgery and ordered this to keep my ankle iced during the night or if I’m walking around the house.The ice packs that come with it don’t last too long, but still do the job! I ended up ordering outside ice packs that are also bigger, so they don’t fit into the sleeves for the wrap, but I’m still able to wrap my ankle completely without the ice pack falling out/shifting around. Work with what ya got!

Whether you need ice or heat, this ankle brace can do it all!

I was very excited because I have an issue with my tendon that makes it flare to the point I can't walk on it without heat and ice. When I first got it I had to use a wash cloth and a sock because it got too cold but as I kept using it for less than a month, the thing doesn't get cold anymore. I'm really disappointed as I love the other products like the arch support band. I'm not in the business or re buying this every month so I would recommend another brand for this product in particular.

Very helpful for keeping my ankle stabilized for walking. The straps are easy to fasten and adjust according to your comfort and needs. This item adds width onto your foot, and I did need to loosen my shoe lace a lot, but then it was very comfortable.

One of the cold packs leaked first time I used it. Had to return it.
