This book quite literally changed my life changed my view and my perspective. I suggest getting a self care reflection journal is therapy writing and whenever you finish a chapter quite literally journal and reflect which part hit you most psychologically and why.

Its a very nice book that is not only a self help book, but also u feel like you are talking to a friend/personal therapist. If you take it really take heart of considering the things that its telling you you will feel how the heaviness you feel inside will be feel uplifted. Highly recommendable. I gifted it to myself on my birthday, i picked up some learning last for a lifetime ♥
