Southern Patio 8" Rolled Rim Planter with Saucer, Olive Green

Perfect size planter for what I needed. I really like the attached saucer, but wish there was a little more space between so I could see the water level in it.

Wow. This was way bigger than I anticipated. It is very nice though and the color is a very pretty earth tone. Best I could describe it as would be a light Taupe.The bottom does come off; however, it does take a little elbow grease. Lightweight, yet sturdy.Very pleased

I ordered two of these in Oxford Tan,” because the picture shows them as a kind of creamy yellowish color (I know...that sounds slightly unappealing), which actually looked like the color I wanted. In reality and in person, it’s a putty-looking, grayish color...sort of the color of an old filing cabinet...which is not appealing, either. I’ll keep them because they’ll work as a strictly utilitarian pot. But they’re absolutely not anything to shout about.

So far so good! I bought these 5” pots to hang herbs on my wall to have through the winter. They seem sturdy enough and work very well for the purpose I had in mind!

I received my product when expected. Product was packaged to protect it from damage. Product was exactly as I expected. Perfect!

This product is a planter with a saucer. When I purchased it, it was described as self-watering but it is not that. There are 4 tiny plastic areas in the bottom that you can punch through so water will drain into the saucer (otherwise it is entirely closed) but those holes are not of sufficient size to permit self-watering. The larger recessed areas you see in the picture just hold excess water and are not designed to permit self-watering.

This review is a little "early" in that SPRING doesn't come for a number of months... BUT, the product "looks" like what I had in mend!

High quality.. withstanding the elements nicely

I transplanted my big banana plant into it. You really need to wait a year and see if it becomes brittle on edges as many plastic or semi-plastic planters do out in the sun. The walls seem sturdy enough though a little thicker would be reassuring as it can weigh a lot when filled. I'd say good value for the price.

I have been searching for the right pots to transplant my giant weeping fig and my Norfolk pine into. These were perfect! And so affordable compared to anything else I've seen.
