The F4G - WOD Gymnastic Grips are perfect all types of bar work like pull-ups and heavy lifting. Fit Four uses a 2mm thick ply-able leather palm guard that covers the four finger making sure you don't bunch or rip while getting your workout on. The ribbed elastic material is designed to only expand in length but also allows for slight natural movement. Because Fit Four wrist wraps are not the traditional stiff wrist wraps they allow the athlete to able to use them while doing other exercises other than just lifting weights.
