Intended to use with over-sized planter (round planter, ~100 lbs, and 14" circumference for drain tray). When attempting to move, the planter would A) slide causing it to tip over or B) unless the pointed extension was pointed in the direction of movement, plant caddy would still tip. We need to move daily to get quality sun, so stable transport is a priority.When I tried to return, I was informed that $9.99 from the refund would be deducted for restocking/return shipping fees (original price was $36.29). There was no mention of these fees on the sales page and it stated "Eligible for Return, Refund or Replacement within 30 days of receipt". The dreaded fine print addressing return fees was no where to be found. Because the sales page is nearly identical to other seller pages (Amazon with "free return" text) it was difficult to discern that there was a difference between sellers.Long story short, after contacting Max Warehouse, they re-stated their policy was to charge the restocking/return shipping fee, but would make an exception and provide a full return. Their ability to address the issue is appreciated, but doesn't address the perpetual problem Amazon has in clearly differentiating sellers with different return policies. Noticeably, the highlighted text box that stated "there's a newer version of this product" and which linked to the Amazon sales page for this product has been removed. The "related products" and "4 stars and above" suggestions also don't display the plant trolley sold by Amazon.Max Warehouse was responsive and provided a full refund of the price paid. I'll recommend their company and I applaud them for their customer service, but I hope they'll clarify and be more transparent with their return policy.

This is so strong! Used it for a 20” ceramic pot which holds a large cactus. Seems unbreakable, wheels are very secure too.

I have a lemon tree in a 15 gallon pot. Believe me it is heavy! It still takes 2 of us to move it into the house before winter comes. But the rolling caddy makes it easier.

I have 2 others and the 2 additional are under 1/2 barrels. They work extremely well. I can easily move the big barrels.

I got this base to help me take care of my Japanese maple tree. As it has grown taller it has become more vulnerable to high winds which are common in my area, especially at the height of a third floor balcony. It took some searching to find a base large enough for a tree so i'm glad this exists. The base is quite solid and sturdy fully supporting the tree's weight, it rolls and pivots smoothly so I can easily move my tree into shelter when a storm arrives.

I use this for moving large faux trees on my balcony. They are weighted because of the wind and are very heavy. It is great to be able to move them on a whim.

Loved these caddies. I wish I had found them years ago. The 3 enormous pots with lemon trees in them are now easy to more around our balcony . They are just so good.

I needed a caddy to hold a large potplant of our timber deck. This product perfectly meets my requirements as it keeps the pot off the decking and allows me to easily move the pot for cleaning and oiling of the deck.
