It works well, the metal part bent though that may be from user error. It still works even with the bent metal piece though

I ordered this product hoping it would help reduce the neck pain I am having by taking the weight of my big head off my spine for a short period of time. After opening up my package, I came across what I’d like to describe as the worst product usage directions that I have ever seen in my life. After playing around with it for about 5min I was able to assemble it together. I then hung it on my door and shut the door and came to a quick realization that this is not going to work… My nose and head were hitting the door and if you face away from the door then it simply does not work because of the large angle that the strap and door make. So it does not a truly take the pressure off your neck. Also the hook bent with me pulling down on it once… Long story short, it’s very cheaply made and does NOT work. Don’t waste your time and money like me.

Worked amazingly for two years. Just now fell on my hiney due to stitching failure. 😣

It’s is not the easiest to use but after I get it set up it works really well. I sit in an office chair when I use it so I can adjust the height of the chair.

It did do what is is intended to do , that is to take pressure off of the cervical discs. Good stretch if you have the collar on correctly. The problem is the stitching blew out of it . See picture

I'm suffering from some serious back pain rn and this thing decompresses my spine better than anything else (traction table, inversion table, stretching, etc).Pro tip — I HIGHLY recommend you use something like a pull-up bar to hook it onto rather than putting it on the door bc if you have it on the door its a weird angle that doesn't work well. On a pull-up bar it works amazing. 10/10 I'm using this thing every day

In order to use this item, you basically have to hug the door. I found it to be cumbersome and not very well designed. When you attach the brace to the pulley, it falls off and you have to keep putting it back together. Not an ideal thing to do when you already have neck issues.

Purchased this for a relative who had terminal cancer and whose neck was weak from treatments and loss of muscle. This device supported their neck to allow for sitting upright for longer periods of time which gave their body more comfort. It was very helpful.
