Seller responded to my complaint
I have purchased 2 pairs of these earbuds in the last year. Last June, and last December. I like the sound - that is why I purchased the second set, after the first broke. Unfortunately, the SECOND set broke, in exactly the same way (the protruding earpiece falls off). I am very careful with my things, but I still figured the first break was my fault (even though I couldn't figure how). But now that 2 have broken, I am afraid I must give up on these. It's a shame - I was going to buy my daughter a pair as well - now I need to replace my own. I'm just not up to chucking out $30 bucks every 6 months for earbuds. I am very disappointed....UPDATE - the seller - Rolling Fire - saw my review, and contacted me to apologize. They sent me another pair of earbuds with no questions asked. That gesture was appreciated - many sellers never even respond to queries, let alone complaints. I am upgrading my review and the stars as recognition of a vendor that seems to care about its products.

Not So Good after All
Think unit sounded really good...on the first day. The days after that not so good. Sound quality is great, but I keep getting "device connected" message when I'm only 6 FT away from my phone. Sometime the message would come on even when I'm sitting right next to it. Then I start getting the fade in /fade out sound from my right side. This would happen when I shift my head like when bending down to pickup something. It's a pain. I got a pair of SoundPEAT QY7 and they sounds just as good. Review say that the QY7 breaks down after a few weeks. We'll see. It's only 23 bucks. Also like to mention that on the Description for the TOTU BT-2, The company themselves, TOTU, said that people have been reporting bad experiences with this unit and they never authorize anyone but the company themselves to sell their product. My unit was sold by someone names, Rolling Fire.

I'M IMPRESSED (so far)
So far they work as advertised. I took a 200 mile trip and listened to NPR all the way, about a of total almost 7 hours and they didn't die. I can place my iPhone on a table in my house and walk into different rooms without loosing the connection. Now I'll see how long they last. One strange thing about them though is if I put my phone in my left coat pocket the connection comes and goes unless I turn my phone so that the screen is facing in. The right pocket doesn't do that. Another thing I should mention is all these headsets that go around the back of the neck have a tendency to rotate and pull the ear pods out and this will do the same thing but if you let the cord hang down your front side there's no problem.

You Won't Be Disappointed!
BT-2 HEADPHONES:It seems to be happening more and more often, when you buy something that simply doesn't do what it's meant to do. These headphones do exactly what they say they do, and exactly how you'd expect them to, and that's just the main assumption that you're getting what you're paying for. It's nice to know that TOTU is reliable when it comes to their products. These BT-2 headphones are comfortable, they're easy to use, they stay connected, they sound great, and they stay on your head. I honestly don't feel like there is much more to offer than that. TOTU has done a phenomenal job with the design and quality of these BT-2 headphones. They have a sleek design for being wireless headphones, and the red color on these make them POP! They're slightly bulky when compared to regular earbuds, but again, you're trading the cord for a slightly bigger style on your ear, and the trade off is worth it. They're lightweight, and the sport ear hooks keep the strain off your inner ear (If you've ever worn wireless earbuds without the sport hook, you know what I'm talking about), while also keeping them securely in place. A feature I personally think every wireless earbuds should have. They very easily connect to any bluetooth device, just simply hold down the middle button and it will immediately begin to search. The instructions are very clear. TOTU has packaged these headphones with an awesome protective case, which zips open and has plenty of room inside for the headphones, as well as the charge cord. Another review had stated it was too big to fit in a pocket, but I say it depends on your pocket size. The jeans I typically wear have no problem holding the case. I also often wear cargo shorts, and there is always an abundant amount of room in the side pockets. Overall great product and quality made. I have no reason to think these won't last with proper care.MY PERSONAL OPINION:I am a music enthusiast. I listen to a vast mix of genres, and typically listen to music for the majority of my everyday. Music is important to me, as is the quality of the device playing the music. This is my third pair of wireless earbuds. I spend a lot of time at the golf course, and I enjoy listening to music while I practice, but having a cord isn't always ideal, even if it's tucked into my clothes. The first pair I bought, I thought I was getting a great deal for $20. Not bad for bluetooth headphones, right? WRONG.They NEVER worked like they should. The quality was beyond poor, the design was bad, they constantly fell out, the bluetooth connection would cut out almost immediately after I put my phone in my pocket, and worst of all, I was out the money I spent, and stuck with garbage earbuds I'd never wear again. So, what's the lesson there? The more expensive, the better they are, right? YES...and NO. Now, I'm not saying that all higher priced earbuds are great, only that there are other options, cheaper options, with the same features and quality. My second pair were around $180. I needed a pair that were going to work WELL. However, what had happened to me, was that I PAID for the name brand, and I'll never BUY the name brand again. I was convinced that they were the ultimate wireless sport headphones, and for the money, they better be! I was correct, and they were very nice, quality headphones. Which is probably why they were stolen. After a devastating hit, I was now left with nothing, and I was not about to go spend another chunk of money on name brand headphones. I cut my losses and went back to using a cord.Until I had an opportunity to purchase these BT-2 headphones at a discount, in exchange for my honest review, I had not planned to buy another pair. My honest belief in these headphones came 100% from the quality. The sound is absolutely perfect in comparison to expensive earbuds. The highs and lows are both there, and the bass isn't distorted or absent. In fact, I'd honestly say the bass in these BT-2's is BETTER than my expensive set. Crisp, clean tones, and vibrant treble lets you hear the music as it SHOULD be.They doesn't lose connection, or get choppy when I move, or when I'm swinging at the golf course. I've walked away, and kept a stable connection 60+ feet away. Unbelievable. There are no other properties to ask for in wireless earbuds. I would, and very much will, recommend them to anyone looking.

Great Bluetooth headphones at an affordable price point.
These headphones have exceeded my expectations for the price point. The sound quality is great, and the Bluetooth range is surprisingly far. The package comes ready to open and use. Pairing the Bluetooth headphones to my iPod touch was extremely easy. The ear piece is comfortable, I didn't work out or run in them so I'm not sure how well they would hold up with a lot of activity. Attached you will find pictures of the package, headphones, and instructions for the use of the buttons on the headphones.
