I love this product. I been using this for awhile and have notices my nails and my hair grow fast. My fingernails are really strong and don't break like or split like they use to.

I have tried other brands of vitamins for hair, skin and nails without any results. I decided to try Natrol brand since it was highly recommend by my massage therapist who is very knowledgeable when it comes to vitamins and health. I have been using this hair, skin and nails vitamin for about two months now in conjunction with Natrol’s Biotin and I am extremely pleased with the results I have been seeing thus far. I can clearly see tons of new hairs sprouting out the top of my head and around my hair line. It almost looks like a row of bangs of baby hairs on my forehead! My nails have been growing faster but stronger but I’m hoping with time that will change. I highly recommend this brand for hair, skin and nails.

All of the other brands I've explored require that you take 2 or 3 capsules to get the same amount of Biotin in just one of these. This is easy.

I've been taking them for over two months and noticed my nails have grown quite long.My hair has too but the growth seems slower. Will continue to use this product as it is affordable and I have seen some positive results.

They do not hurt my stomach like some vitamins. My skin has improved a little. I’ve been taking these for a month now. I will be ordering them again. They do make your pee a bright yellow lol. Also when you take vitamins it’s important to not think this is a solve all your problems. You have to eat healthier and drink more water. I’ve seen improvements bc I’m taking these, consuming more water, my hair looks healthier bc of these and different shampoo and conditioner that do not have toxins in them. I would recommend buying these and changing into healthier habits to see a difference!

I've been taking these for 2 weeks and have been getting heartburn basically immediately after taking it. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach so I think I'll try taking it at night before bed. Also, they turn your urine very bright yellow... just an FYI. The pill doesn't have any coating so sometimes it feels like it get's stuck in my throat.

Let me start by saying my hair grows painfully slow. I missed my waist length hair I had a few years ago and had begun the growing process. I've done lots of hair research so I can offer what my experience has been. I've taken a lot of different biotin supplements over many years and can definitely say that any obvious benefit or faster growth has been minimal. I started looking at this product because it contains collagen and other vitamins and minerals which supports healthy skin and hair. I bought it and took it every single day for 60days. It seems like my hair grew faster than usual. Like I said, my hair grows very slowly and I noticed a difference. I ran out and started taking another brand, but I've decided to order 2 more bottles and start taking it again to see what happens. My hair is already middle of my back so hopefully I can get it to my lower back by Christmas. Happy growing!

Never had good nails. Then used tips for years. Retired, covid etc no use getting fake nails so I tried these, use a little aergean oil after shower 2-3 times week and for once I have healthy beautiful nails. Pretty strong too... thought I would break at times but they held up.

Took this for 30 days, my nails grew faster, baby hairs can be seen around the forehead and sides...Highly, highly recommended
