WEICON AQUA-FLEX 310 ml GREY ELASTIC SEALING ADHESIVE ADHESIVE The universal adhesive is a powerful adhesive for bonding to damp surfaces. The product is ISEGA certified / can be used in food technology / excellent resistance to ageing. Properties: white/black/grey - pasty - responsible - coating/sandable - weather resistant - UV resistant - freshwater and salt water resistant - silicone-free / isocyanate / halogen / solvent - elastic - ISEGA certified - MS polymer - treatment temperature from +5 to +40 °C - skin formation time after 25 min. - Max. Width of sealing: 25 mm. Details and application: for wet and wet surfaces - For various materials: metal, plastic, ceramic, wood, glass (aquarium) - stone - many areas of application: - pipe construction / lines - construction of cisterns and appliances - Ventilation / air conditioning technology - Gardening / landscaping - Sanitary space - SURFACE PREPARATION OF SURFACE. ACES Surfaces must be clean and grease-free. Many surface contaminations, such as oil, grease, dust and dirt can be removed with WEICON Surface Cleaner. For some materials or for extreme requirements we recommend the use of a bonding promoter (primer). Mechanical pre-treatment of the surface, for example grinding or sandblasting, can also significantly improve adhesion. Treatment methods: manual pressure gun for 310 ml cartridges/compressed air gun. A variant with piston rod (WEICON Compressed Air Cartridge Gun) / automatic distribution systems is recommended.
