In addition to these, I ordered a 400 thread count pair which turned out to be the same brand as this (different seller). The fabric looked identical between the two sets so weighed one pillowcase from each type.The 400 count weighed 100g per pillowcase.The 800 count weighed 150g per pillowcase. Not double the weight, but then they were not double the price either.The 800 count does feel thicker. All have a pleasant slight sheen. The fold overs on all could be a couple of centimetres longer, ideally and the stitching could be a little finer but overall, not bad for the £11.95 (+ about £1.50 delivery) paid.

False advertising
This product is 100% not 800 thread count. I’ve had sheets from Ikea that are softer. Such a disappointment. Right when I opened them, even the tiniest bits of lint got stuck to the pillows, which would never happen if these were actually 800-thread count and of high quality. Horribly misleading and untruthful advertising. The only positive was these arrived super quickly and I got my refund the day I returned them.

Quality
I always use linen zone for my Egyptian cotton . They never disappoint , I always receive exactly what is described , this does not always happen with some of the other suppliers

Good for the money
I bought these sheets and I am really happy with them. They're almost too comfortable!The set doesn't include a sheet though - make sure you read the description properly.
