This product CAN work on both fine and coarse hair, but for coarse hair, you need to go over it in a circular motion. I appreciate how customer service fixed this issue for me.

So easy and painless. Removes facial hair with ease. I also like the extra attachment and storage bag. I can just throw it in my purse and go. The battery life is nice too. It comes already charged.

First off, this thing does take off the peach fuzz really great! It's smooth, easy, doesn't pull, and is quick. BUT - then the hair starts growing back in. I realize this isn't the fault of the hair remover, and everyone will probably be different, but mine came back in very stiff, short and black. Just like a man's five o'clock shadow! I almost think I'd rather have the long soft peach fuzz that wasn't too noticeable unless the sun was shining on it. Not sure what to do next, don't want to end up shaving twice daily to keep a smooth facial surface.

I bought this as a replacement for one I had given to me......this feels like a cheaper model but seems to work the same...only used a few times.....it does come with two extra heads for it and a usb charger instead of battery so that might be nice.....
