Q: About how long does one of these last?

Depending on the volume of usage, about 300 exhales. And it really works! As a companion piece, I also recommend Ozium spray, available on Amazon too.

Q: Is packaging descrete?

The amazon packaging is. A padded envelope or cardboard box like any other package, but the product’s actual packaging is not.

Q: Are there replacement filters one could/should get?

No it is a disposable unit. Once the filter is plugged you throw it away. I love theses been using the Jr & full size for years

Q: Where type of filter do you need? And where can you buy it?

These are not reusable. Once they're done working, they're done.
