The Company will be sending me a new chair to replace the one that got scratched during assembly so I am upgrading my review to 3 stars (from 2). I appreciate the good customer service but unfortunately I now have to take apart 3 chairs and re-assemble them. I'll also reiterate that the chairs are very nice looking and the height is great for dining.The Company just notified me that they sent the WRONG directions. Apparently, the instructions for the Clear chairs (and only the clear chairs) tell you NOT to use the large black washers that come in the parts packet! Unfortunately, I got the wrong instructions. Such a waste of time and effort ...and the last chair got visibly scratched as I was struggling with the assembly. This review is for the 18.75" inch high version. Zero stars for assembly!I've built dozens of pieces of "some assembly required" furniture - including an entire Ikea kitchen. I know what I'm doing but these chairs were more frustrtating than anything I've ever put together.The thick black plastic washers positioned beween the seat and the leg assembly are flat but you're somehow supposed to place them over the screw holes on the seat that are surrounded by curved plastic, and hold everything in place while attaching a screw assembly that it too short to grab on. The shiney, smooth plastic seat slides all over the place while you're trying to hold that flat, shiny plastic washer against a slippery non-flat surface. Add to that the (always expected) misalignment of holes and you've got a 1 person job quickly turning into 2-person frustration..The screws are too short or maybe the washers are too thick and the disc springs add to the problem - these are just a nighmare to assemble!On the last screw of chair # 3, the leg assembly and seat were so far apart that even with a friend sitting in the chair (to apply downward pressure and bring everything closer together) the screw wasn't long enough to clear the thick black washer. (And, yes of course I tried loosening the other screws first.)Since my chairs are clear, both the washers and screw heads are visible, so I didn't have the option of just substituting a similar (but thinner) washer or a similar (but longer) screw. I decided to grind down the washer to about 1/2 it's original thickness and voila, attachment happened.I should have sent the whole set back as soon as I tried the first chair but I assumed it would get easier as I got the hang of it. Not so.On the final chair, the head of a small white screw-in protector broke off and I had to pick out what was left of the shaft. Total fail on assembly for this manufacturer.The only upside is that they do look nice and the height is perfect for dinning but 100% NOT worth the effort to put these together. ...and I'm still trying to finish the final chair.

Pretty good quality Eames knock off chairs. Color is how it looks on screen. These don't have much support so they're not super comfortable for long meals but if you need to furnish a dining room cheaply and stylishly these will do the trick.

Incredible value. Very easy to assemble, took me about 30 minutes for 4 chairs. Couldn't be happier with them.

Not super sturdy by ok for adults. Not a good idea for young children.

Beautiful chairs! They arrived super fast and were in perfect condition. They were packed really professionally so there wasn't even a single scuff mark on them. They're easy to assemble and very sturdy. It took less than 20 minutes to assemble once we got everything out of the box and got the chair bases separated from each other (they're pretty tightly packed, so it does require a little bit of effort to get them apart.)

So glad I embraced color and this are incredible chairs for the price. More then happy with this purchase.

Love these chairs! Pretty difficult to put together though...my husband struggled with it because the legs were bent to get them all in the same box. So if you're not very strong I recommend paying the fee to have them set up! :)
