Good coffee for a good price!

To me the taste was very similar the McDonalds coffee. Call it good or bad but that is what I get. I think it is ok.

This is the best decaf for espresso (specifically cappuccino) I've had so far. I'm using a Gaggia Pro. I bought this "blind" after trying Ronnoco's Private Estate decaf, which is great, but not strong enough to my liking. I bought the French Roast blind since I couldn't find it easily locally, which is odd, since I'm in the Saint Louis area, the home of Ronnoco.My expectation was that the French Roast would be similar to Private Estate, but richer, fuller, darker, more crema, more roasted, etc. This is exactly what I got...a rarity in life sometimes. Not bitter or sour like some coffee that I can't stand. Also not overly burnt like Starbucks, or Peet's to a lesser extent. The beans are not oily either. For whatever reason I do have to grind Ronnoco finer than Peet's or Lavazza on my Eureka grinder at 1 vs. 2 setting. Maybe it's due to that lake of oiliness.Where before I had to do a double shot of Private Estate to get a lot of flavor, with the French Roast I can get away with 1 shot. And the great thing about this is that it's decaf. I can't drink caffeinated coffee past 5pm or my sleep can be ruined. Now I can have a cappuccino right before going to sleep if i wish.Side note: I use oat milk from Aldi in my cappuccinos. This combined with Ronnoco is basically "perfect". I go back to Starbucks every few months just to see what I'm not missing. I'm missing nothing.

At work they switched to Ronnoco. We thought the packets were down sized and we started using 2 per pot. When I seen the low price I decided to try it hoping there would be more flavor from grinding the whole beans. Unfortunately I found it still doesn't have much flavor. I'm using much more per pot than other brands and it is still lacking. Some may like that, maybe the people that don't like fish because it taste fishy? Btw I drink it black so the flavor, or lack of, isn't hidden by anything.

This decaf is full bodied and smooth! It is a restaurant favorite in St. Louis but I’ve never seen it offered at retail until this site. It’s a great taste at at fair price!

There seems to be a moratorium on decaf coffee beans. This is one of very few choice I could find on Amazon . But it’s great !! Taste great ! We enjoy grinding our own coffee beans for our morning coffee - thank you for making this available.

I haven't tried the coffee yet, but there's no closing mechanism for the bag. You have to come up with your own closure mechanism to keep the beans fresh. I used scotch tape. This is a 5 lb bag and may last a while.
