I ordered this item again because the first one was very nice all the crystals strands individually wrapped. In this order they sent me something someone returned. All the crystals are all tangled the bases are all scratched and I'm missing the gold screw that holds the top in place. I want to know if the can send me the pieces I'm missing. Also no instructions in the box.

Its definitely pretty. I didn't like how on most, the top parts where bent. I had my husband bend them straight. I dont know if I just suck at reading directions but it was a little difficult to put together. Over all. They're super cute and exactly what I needed.

My crystals ain’t complete , how can I get the missing one before my event day

This item has no Flowers, my package came unc omplete without the flowers on top. It’s a scam that we have to build it and doesn’t come with the flower. On the description it says with flowers when in reality they are just fake advertising this item. The price for 10 of these are ridiculous and for what the package not to come with everything.

I loved these pieces the only problem was one of them was cracked and dented which was very unfortunate. They were properly wrapped and secured so I am certain they were sent like that and that did not happen enroute. Putting them together was pretty simple especially if you flip it and start from to bottom. We even for the first time did first time floral arrangements.
