USPS didn't deliver them in a timely manner.
The product was great, but the mailing of them by USPS was a disaster. It took two (2) weeks for me to get them. Since I live just across town from the company, I was able to get replacement keys, until the ordered ones came in.

Poor craftsmanship
Keys were heavily burred and had to file them down to get them to go in the lock. Each key works but has to be wiggled to open or close.
