G8A 20W 8" Guitar Speaker, 4 ohm

If your small amp is a bit dark and wish you had a little more chime to cut through, these are for you. I tried this 8" in my 1962 Supro Super 1606 and it was a little too bright for my tastes. I also have a similar single 6V6 1960 Rickenbaxcker M-8 amplifier that has a great sound but just a little dark, this brought to life ... just perfect!

Direct replacement for original speaker. Can't believe how good it sounds from 8 in speaker. No need to put larger speaker.

Great sounding speaker for only 8”. Was a great improvement over the original 8” Oxford speaker in my 67 Fender VC. It did add some volume to the amp over the original speaker and has some low end, which is tough to find in 8” speakers. Only heard great things about WGS so I decided to get one and just what I was looking for my amp. I mainly play blues, classic rock, etc. sounds great with a overdrive and distortion, as well as other effects pedals. Good value for the money.

I installed this speaker in my 36 yr. old Gorilla CG25 amplifier and instead of having an amp. that I was going to try and sell for dirt cheap, I now have a 36 yr. old amp that's worth keeping. The sound and tone from this speaker is remarkable.
