When I first got it I thought it seemed like it was cheaply constructed but then I used on and its a quite powerful little tool. I mean so far I only did 3 batches of sausage but this thing really puts down. Its great for when you making 10-15lbs of sausage or ground meat and dont was to pull out the $1000 meat grinder and make a big mess. this thing cleans up in like 2 minutes. Its a no brainer if you looking to make your own sausage or ground meat at home. Please dont buy this thing and act or expect to be creating your own sausage buisness from home bc its not a commercial machine and gets pretty hot during use so you need to take care of it as you use it if you want it to last. Its like one of those mini air compressors that you can get years of good use out of if you treat it correctly.

And cannot believe how easy and fast it is to clean. That's a big deal for me. We once had a deli meat slicer and that was a nightmare to clean so never used it. This machine seems sturdy and grinds the meat fast and consistently. Grab from the pantry, cut meat and grind. Dismantle elements, clean and dry while the grill is heating up and already tucked back in the pantry before the burgers even hit the grill. Fresh ground is soooooo yummy! Very happy with this purchase. Thought price was great too.

Today was the first time i used the meat mincer. To say I am impressed is an understatement. It was easy to assemble, and it was so fast and effective! It minced tough pieces of meat with such ease and speed! I am so pleased with the purchase of this particular meat mincer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I only gave this one star because I had to, but it's useless garbage.I ordered this grinder, it was defective, so I had it replaced, but I no longer needed to use it at that time, so I didn't bother opening it until today, 2 months later, and it's the same thing. It's impossible to use, and there's no option to return it now.The instructions say to"Insert the grinding head into the controller unit of your meat grinder and rotate it counterclockwise to lock it in place"Problem is, it doesn't fit right to make that happen, as seen in the attached photos.It's supposed to insert angled to the right and rotate counterclockwise to a straight up position, but it inserts angled to the left, and rotates counterclockwise to a 90 degree angle, and doesn't lock in place, because the locking tab is at the 9 o'clock position, not the 12 o'clock position where the lock pin is.

Never used a meat grinder before, but this one worked like a DREAM. I cut up a ribeye steak and this thing gobbled in up in only seconds. Not only that but it was extremely quick and easy to clean. Highly recommend!!

We bought this a year ago and just used it to cut sausage and pepperoni for easter pies.Worked great, last year i spent two hours cutting slices by hand...
