this kalimba is perfect!!! I originally bought it as a gift but ended up keeping it for myself (but it would make an amazing gift!) It's got a lovely sound, its made well and looks beautiful, and it comes with everything exactly as pictured! it's so so cute and sounds wonderful, it just radiates happiness. it comes with a guidebook that has some helpful info as well as tabs for songs. I prefer using YouTube videos but its super easy to learn! it comes with stickers to put on the keys if you need them. it also comes with a tuning hammer and a carrying bag, but I prefer using the box to carry it around for extra protection. I haven't used any of the accessories or stickers but they seem to be very good quality!! overall it's a very good product for a very good price, it makes a great gift and it's just lovely to have :) 10/10, would reccomend!

I want to choose a gift for my son. He recently took a music class and was very interested in musical instruments --- That is the reason I bought this one for him. The little one has received this gift and told me that he can easily take it to the classroom enjoy the fun of music.So here're some points from mine for u guys to help make your decision:Pro: I knew the mahogany wood grain from LB which is sturdy, the body has hand-rest curved design and fine polishing provide an excellent hand feeling.The hardness of the keys is just right, it protects the thumb when playing and the sound is great in my room when I pluck the keys.It worth mention that this Kalimba already engraved notes on the keys. It is very friendly to kids and other beginners. since I've seen some other Kalimbas that don't，which need to paste color and digital stickers and easy to fall.They can play the keys while watch the notation, especially the sellers also give some song notation. I am so surprised that my son can learn to play a song in 10 minutes!Overall, I have to say that is worth the money because it's better than I expected at the price and I think the quality is over 40 bucks.Note: You can contact the seller to get more song notation, it is very convenient for you to familiarize yourself with the Kalimba and enjoy it

I looked at several different ones in different price ranges and decided to go with this one that was somewhere in the middle and came with a carrying case. Based off of some of the videos I saw for this one I wasn't sure what the sound would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the sound was. As far as I can tell it came well tuned. I have not downloaded the tuning AP yet, but it plays well and the songs I've played with it sound like they are in tune so I haven't bothered with that. It is definitely very beautiful quality. The wood is beautiful the sound is beautiful and I'm in love with this new musical instrument that I just learned about. It is fun, easy and relaxing to play. I hope to get good at actual songs. It came with a little book and then I got an email for a download of some other songs which I thought was cool. I may end up buying another one for my mom if she likes it when she comes to visit. We are a musical family.

I bought this kalimba as a gift along with another one from this same seller (two in case one of them came with dead tines, a worry formed from previous experiences buying elsewhere). I would have thought I had to invest more to get something of this value! Both kalimbas were of excellent quality, great sturdy wood, impeccable sound, beautiful engravings, perfect size for hands, and all the contents mentioned have been of use (I have calluses and the tips of my fingers are sensitive, the rubber fingertip covers are great). The volume is just right, not too soft, came tuned straight out of the box, and not a single dead tine. I have already learned the first half of Merry go round of life from Howl’s moving castle, it is super easy to learn. I haven't given the gift yet to its intended owner but I'm already so glad I bought 2 , I'm sure she will love it as well. Wonderful product, affordable price, would buy again.

This is a beautiful instrument. Our 9 yo was able to play it immediately upon opening it without having ever seen one before which was truly remarkable. It’s music is so lovely anything you do on it sounds amazing. The only downside is that the keys are a little stiff so it is not that comfortable for you thumbs. However I have not played another before so not sure if that is unique to this one. Overall though nice craftsmanship, beautiful looking, sounds lovely, and very easy to learn.

Who doesn't love to play with a kalimba? It's such fun and addictive! This Honhand Kalimba 17 is perfect for a beginner yet looks and sounds can be enjoyed by those who have experience. It comes with lots of items to help learn. The sound is clear and the instrument itself is very attractive. Looking forward to many hours playing songs!

The Kalimba that I received is beautifully crafted and makes wonderful sound when played.

I bought this for my husband, who's a musician. When I saw this in green, his favorite color, I had to get it for him -- and he loves it!He learned to play it quickly; he makes up his own songs on it; he's a pleasure to listen to.I finally sat down with it myself and figured out how to play a scale. Even if you don't play any actual song, it's easy to strum and has a lovely sound.

Really good sound and comes with the tuning hammer, and well packaged to keep it safe. There is something so pleasing about strumming this little kalimba, even the name of it is ahhhhh.

When I received my Kalimba package I was so excited to open it, I could barely contain my excitement! When I opened up the box, I was not disappointed. The instrument itself is a work of art. I love the indents on the sides as that makes it easy to hold . I also appreciate the thought that went into designing this instrument. I love the little detailing on this Kalimba, it feels traditional in the best way. This is the type of unique instrument I would like to pass onto my child one day. This Kalimba may cost more than other ones you see on Amazon but you'll understand why when you receive it - you will not be disappointed! Play on!
