Nice alternative to sport body for Traxxas TRX4
Good lightweight crawler body. Fit my 12.3" Traxxas TRX4 (cab and bed) by cutting a 2x3" notch on the underside for battery tray clearance, not visible on the outside. The lexan is a little thin in the bed area where the rear posts mount but nice and sturdy everywhere else. Painting was easy with the preapplied masking/overspray film. Would be nice if it came with some accessories (mirrors, grill, roll bar etc) as those are extremely pricey -- but available -- on the aftermarket.

An excellent body.
This body is really nice and nice heavy gauge plastic, the details are excellent also it even came with the hardware for mounting the bed and cab together which I did not expect.

Nice body.
Made for scx10 trail honcho. Put this body on traxxas trx4 kit I bought. After extreme modification was able to fit on my chassis. This is my first foray into rc trucks, more experienced builders may have an easier time. Was very happy with results.

Did not come with TOYOTA tailgate decal
It's a perfect fit on my Axial SCX10 II Trail Honcho, however, was very disappointed to see that it did not come with the large TOYOTA tailgate lettering seen in the product images. Unless mine just happened to be missing it from the package, it seems a little misleading to include that on the sample product.

Great product for the money
Great product and was of great quality. Came with stickers and masking decals for painting.

Awesome
Started on the cliffhanger body, but it was super short and narrow. This body on a TRX4 with 10mm offset wheels is killer. Painted with Tamiya Gunmetal and backed/windows with Tamiya black.

Smaller 1/10 scale body compared current rigs, Scout II, JK, C10, etc and DON'T USE INCLUDED SCREWS!
So...I got tired of looking at my Scout II body on my Redcat GEN8 and decided to go looking for a body. I'm new to the hobby so online research kept leading me time and time again to Proline. I really liked the Raptor and other Ford variants, but really really liked the Hilux Toyota SR5. The main body and truck bed are separate, so the cool part about that is later on you can get another look for your scale rig and purchase a Half Cage for the back, which I plan to do soon. The lexan on this is beefed up in the corners, so this will take a spill. However, it makes trimming that much harder with your lexan scissors. My advice is be patient when cutting and learn how to score your body with an xacto knife. I used a combination of both the xacto and the scissors to cut this out. I currently have it painted Tamiya Corsa Gray. Also, using the included body posts on the GEN8 chassis it does sit a bit high. So, do not use the body posts to mount this if you're using a GEN8. If you choose to do this, there's no way you'll get the body to sit low. I used a method of velcro and magnets to keep the body low. Lastly, do not use the included screws and nuts to attach the bed to the body. When I did that, either through my installation of the body to the chassis or through just running it, the body and bed developed cracks where the screws were located. Over time, this would have ruined both the bed and the body, but I caught the damage early on. Instead, I would highly recommend using velcro or installing the bed and body to the chassis separately. Again, this is my experience using a Redcat Gen8.The body/bed is actually supposed to be used on Axial's, but you'll notice immediately that in terms of scale, it's smaller. Where my Scout II fenders would completely cover the stock 1.9 tires in the front, nearly half the tire is now exposed with this body. I'm ok with that, but if you're not, I wouldn't recommend this body for you. Also, you won't need to modify your wheelbase to make this body fit as long as you cut the front fenders along their trim lines perfectly. Rear fenders work great, no rubbing at all.Anyway, hope this review helps you GEN8 owners out there!

My favorite crawler body
I got this truck body for my trx4 and couldn’t be more happy. It looks amazing. Only issue is you have to be creative when figuring out how to mount it. I had to remove the wheel wells and put new shock mounts.
