Q: The handle does not fit on the gear (after removing screw and washer). Are there instructions? I have tried 2 mills. Same problem.

Q: Would this work for spoon bending to make jewelry?

This is a rolling mill, it is for changing the dimensions and shape of soft metals. It is not a bender. If you wish to flatten the bowl of a spoon, it will work, but you must anneal the metal first or it will split.

Q: Rollers are uneven. How do I adjust them?

Unbolt the center T handle, and the sheet metal cover, lift this off. gently turn the big gears on top to align the rollers. put a bright light on the opposite side so you can see the gap, and gently close the rollers till there is no light. reinstall the top assembly. done
