The chicks were afraid of this structure when I first put it in with them, but they quickly learned to like it and it’s very good for them to develop the skills sitting on a perch. Putting it together was a challenge and it did split because it’s cheap wood, the price was low and they won’t be using it for long, so that’s OK.

My baby chicks loved their perch. It is made of good quality materials that was easy to assemble.

Purchased for my 11 new chicks and they all fit perfectly on it. As we were screwing in one of the pegs, the frame cracked slightly but it does not seem to affect the functionality. My plan was to discard this after our chicks are grown, but it is proving to be a favorite for them for the time being.

It was perfect for the baby chicks. It was just the right size for my temporary pen.

Sturdy... but a bit small..even for baby chick's

This little jungle gym was perfect for the chicks before they went outside. Fits well in the brooder. The chicks love it!

I was really looking forward to receiving this for my baby chicks. As I was starting to assemble the first one I received, the wood cracked along the grain that ran through a pre-drilled hole. I didn’t even get it half way screwed in. I returned it and requested a second one to replace the first defective one. I received the second one quickly and started to build it shortly after arrival. An entire section broke off as I was screwing in a screw. From one hole/wood grain to another, a two inch section cleanly cracked into my hands. This is a really cheap material and I’m really disappointed. I’ve owned others similar to this, and this is just junk.

The product is small and will only handle 3-4 week old chicks. Chicks will outgrow fast.Not really worth it.It is stable and easy to assemble.Would not purchase again
