A very comfortable piece of headgear with a really good balance of protection and visibility. It does RUN SMALL. For any adult I recommend L/XL or XXL.

Not a good product. Picture looks better than the item that showed up. Barely fits my kid. Of course when we needed it and found out size issue, it was to late to return or replace. Stitching is not straight anywhere. Also the padding is very lumpy. DOES NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE....WAIT... IT IS THE SAME COLOR THOUGH. I will not be ordering this brand again after never getting a response from customer service.

Good for covering the bases of what you need for light sparring. Feels comfortable and stays secure even when taking hits. The Velcro back is great too. You’ll feel the punches land, but it’s a very dispersed impact that doesn’t linger. Good shock absorption in general.Only thing that I wish it had was a bit more protrusion on the cheeks to protect the nose a bit. However, without buying a helmet with a nose bar, that’s some motivation to keep your chin down and cover up!

the black ink/dye inside transfers to your skin when u sweat. It hurts more when sweat drips inside your eye with the ink. My face was black from the ink after sparring. I wiped it with it plenty of Lysol wipes hoping it’s just the top layer but still the same
