Golden Barrel Butter Flavored Coconut Oil (32 oz.)

Hubby has a dairy allergy & we have fallen absolutely in love with this coconut butter alternative. We have cooked eggs with it, used it with popcorn & found it truly complimented the taste. It’s not over powering or too coconut tasting. It does smell like movie theater popcorn oil/butter. Definitely will be purchasing more.

I was trying to find a healthier way to make fresh popcorn and this works great. Even better if you add popcorn salt too.

Makes the best popcorn, movie theater style!!

This is a great product and wonderful on popcorn. The only problem I had is the lid on the jar was badly cracked and unusable.

I watched a video on movie theater popcorn, where the person visited several theaters in NY and found that most used the same ingredients (not sure if it was true but I gave the recipe a try anyway). The ingredients are as follows: Preferred Popcorn (99% kernels popped and the flavor was really good), Flavacol Popcorn Salt (only a little is needed - great seasoning salt), and Golden Barrel Butter Flavored Coconut Oil (Great flavor - taste like butter; not oil). I would have to say that it was the closest recipe to theater popcorn I've ever tasted. I will purchase these ingredients again.

Makes delicious popcorn! Great amount for the price and I like the new jar without the ridges. I will continue buying this brand over others! Use your kernel of choice and flavacal salt for theatre style popcorn at home!

The jar came with a broken lid. the delivery packaged was not damaged, just the jar sitting inside. It appeared to be sealed but there was "butter" around the lid screws.
